What Are Virtual Mental Health Programs?
These programs offer a more structured and consistent approach than traditional weekly therapy, while still being flexible and personalized. They’re ideal for clients who need extra support—whether you’re going through a hard season, processing something deeply painful, or wanting to build lasting tools for emotional health.
How It Works:
We begin with a one-hour consultation call (billed at the regular hourly rate of $150). This session gives us space to understand your needs, what’s been most difficult, and what kind of support you’re hoping for. Together, we’ll determine the most appropriate schedule, structure, and therapeutic modalities for you.
After the consultation, you’ll receive a comprehensive support plan that outlines:
Your personalized schedule (daily, weekly, or flexible structure)
The primary areas of focus
Recommended therapeutic tools and approaches
Session format (individual, self-regulation, check-ins, etc.)
Short-term and long-term goals
Suggestions for any additional support or coordination (e.g., medical or community-based resources)
Your support plan is designed to evolve with you, so we’ll revisit and adjust it as your needs change.
Services May Include:
Individual counselling sessions (1–5x per week)
Self-regulation or mindfulness support (grounding, breathwork, somatic tools)
Between-session check-ins
Skill-building for emotional regulation, relationships, and communication
Psychoeducation and reflective journaling
Optional collaboration with other care providers, if needed
