OSI Recovery Program
-
Flexible, Individualized Care
Programs run for two, four, or six weeks and operate on a rolling admission basis, so you can apply at any time. Every participant receives a personalized treatment plan that integrates their needs, goals, and pace of healing. The final three days include intensive couples therapy for those whose relationships have been affected, along with an optional educational session for significant others. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, trauma-informed care that fits where you are in your journey—emotionally, relationally, and practically.

Specialized Trauma Treatment for Veterans and Retired RCMP
Our OSI Recovery Program is designed specifically for Veterans and retired RCMP members living with operational stress injuries like PTSD. Delivered in a hybrid format, participants stay in private suites at a nearby lodge while attending a full-day structured therapeutic program. With small groups of just four to six participants, we create a safe, supportive space for deep healing and meaningful connection. Daily individual counselling and group therapy are combined with EMDR, CBT, HeartMath biofeedback, and self-regulation practices to reduce isolation, foster resilience, and restore well-being.

VAC-Funded and Direct-Billed
This program is fully eligible for Veterans Affairs Canada funding. We direct bill VAC once prior approval is confirmed through your case manager. To qualify, you'll need a diagnosis of PTSD or OSI, an assigned VAC case manager, and some previous 1:1 counselling experience. We support you through the entire process, including consent coordination with VAC.
