With a background in psychology and lived experience overcoming significant personal challenges—including major weight loss, chronic illness, cancer, chronic pain, grief, and trauma—Willow brings a unique level of empathy and understanding to her work. She strives to understand the complexities of human nature, using this insight to help clients heal and thrive. Passionate about empowering others to adopt health-focused behaviours, Willow integrates sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mental health education into her strengths-based therapeutic approach.
Willow believes in treating the whole person, recognizing that mental, physical, social, and spiritual aspects are interconnected and must be addressed in unison. She specializes in creating comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that approach challenges from all angles, ensuring holistic care. She has extensive professional and personal experience in treating trauma, personality disorders, eating disorders and obesity, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and grief. Willow also has specialized training in somatic approaches to trauma, nutritional psychiatry, and the mind-body connection, further solidifying her holistic approach to health care.
